Common questions

How do I keep my progress on a new phone or iPad?

Tap the gear icon, then Sign in with Apple. On your new device, open the game and tap Sign in with Apple under "Played before on another device?" on the first screen. If you have already started playing there, tap the gear icon, Sign in with Apple, then Load saved game.

I deleted the app. Can I get my cards back?

Yes, if you signed in with Apple first: reinstall the game and tap Sign in with Apple on the first screen. Guest progress that was never saved this way cannot be recovered.

I bought something and it did not arrive.

Make sure you are online, then open Settings and tap Restore purchases. The game sends any purchase that has not finished arriving to our server, which checks it with Apple and adds it. If it still has not arrived, email us with the date of the purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. When Apple refunds a purchase, we take back the coins, gems and unopened packs it gave, up to what is left in your balances.

Why can I not buy anything?

Purchases are only available to players aged 16 and over. The game asks only for a birth year, so it counts you as one year younger than the age you turn this year. Purchases can also be turned off by Screen Time on your device. The Starter Bundle appears after your first win against the computer.

What are the odds in a pack?

Open the Packs tab and tap See the odds. Every pack holds five monsters and one is always Rare or better. Your first pack always ends with an Epic or Legendary monster.

Why can I not sell a card yet?

The market opens after your first win against the computer. New accounts can sell after two days, and starter cards can never be sold. Cards bought on the market, made with shards, or found in packs that were not bought with gems or real money (free, reward and coin packs) can be sold after 3 days. The game shows when each card can be sold.

Who am I playing against in ranked battles?

Real players near your rating. Ranked battles open after your first win against the computer. If nobody is free within 15 seconds, the game puts you against a computer stand-in (you can cancel before it starts), always marked "(stand-in)".

How do I delete my account?

Tap the gear icon, then Delete account. Your account and everything in it is deleted from our servers straight away, apart from a record of past purchases with nothing from your game account, which we keep for accounting. This cannot be undone, and purchases are not refunded.
